Soybean protein isolate is a full-protein food additive produced from low-temperature dedissolved soybean meal. Soybean protein isolate contains more than 90% protein, nearly 20 kinds of amino acids, and contains essential amino acids.

Soy protein products include powdered soy protein powder and textured soy protein.
Powdered soybean protein products are soybean protein-rich products obtained by degreasing, removing or partially removing carbohydrates from soybeans. According to different protein contents, they are divided into three types:
A. Soybean protein powder soy flour, protein content 50-65% (dry basis)
B. Soy protein concentrate, protein content 65-90% (dry basis)
C. Soy protein isolate, with protein content above 90% (dry basis).
Textured soybean protein is a product with a structure similar to meat obtained from powdered soybean protein products through extrusion and cooking processes. According to different protein contents, it can be divided into two types:
A. Textured soy protein flour (textured soy protein flour), protein content 50-65% (dry basis),
B. Texturized soybean protein concentrate, with a protein content of about 70% (dry basis).
